4.    Hand Held Seated Twist 

Sit in a comfortable cross legged position facing each other.  Each person twist towards the right side bringing your right arm behind your back.  Reach the left arm out to join hands in the twist so you are holding right to left hands.  Use resistance or gentle pulling with your hands to increase the twist.
