When you’ve asked Susie three times to get off, or your husband picks Sam up late from soccer again, it’s easier to let agitation win. But while the situations may be beyond our control, our attitude is not. Los Angeles-based yoga instructor Carol Rossi, M.A., R.Y.T., says that trying moments can be an opportunity to become more patient, with our selves, and others. “Remind yourself while you're getting impatient that there's nothing you can do to quicken the process — just staying in the process is what you need to do.”
