Here are some fun partner yoga postures that are great for you two to try at home. Make sure you keep communication open during the poses, letting each other know if the adjustment feels good and if the amount of force is correct. Practicing yoga together with your partner is a nice way to stay in tune with each other. It also works on sensitivity and, as always, after practicing yoga you will both feel great!
1. Wheel adjustment
Take a towel and wrap it around your partner’s lower back while they are in a wheel. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and knees slightly bent. Pull the towel straight back towards you. This adjustment takes a lot of pressure off their lower back and gives a sense of almost floating in the posture.
