2. Down Dog Lay Back
Have one partner take a downward dog posture. The other partner is going to lie back on them. You can do this by placing your feet on either side of their hands and use your hands to lower yourself onto their back. Stretch your arms up over your head. You can put your weight on them. It distributes evenly and your partner in downward dog will feel really great.
3. Seated Forward Bend
Have one partner take a seated forward bend. The other partner can actually sit on their lower back placing their feet on the floor, as shown. Balance by using your hands on either side of your body pressing gently into their back. This gives the seated partner a great adjustment in the posture without them collapsing in the shoulders.
