Tip: Make sure you have a no-skid pad down there. Press the outside of your back foot into the back of the tub to keep train that leg to stay super straight.

wow...this sounds very interesting and a cool way of integrating stretches with day to day activities. Its also good to relieve morning stiffness.

When you really think about it, there are always places where yoga can be worked into your day. I find myself doing forward bends, lunges, and more whenever I have a spare 20+ seconds.
