1.  Stand in Mountain pose
2. Place right hand on right hip.
3. Bend your left leg, raising your left foot and grab the left big toe with the first two fingers and thumb of your left hand.
4. Straighten left leg and left arm in front of you until leg is parallel to the floor.
5. Hold for 3 to 5 breaths.
6. Bend left leg.
7. Place left hand on left hip.
8. Lower left foot to the floor; return to Mountain pose.
9. Repeat with right leg extended.
