Rx for: Digestive problems (constipation, diarrhea, gas)

1. Stand in Mountain pose.
2. Place left hand on left hip.
3. Lift right foot off the floor.
4. Grab right big toe with first two fingers and thumb of right hand.
5. Straighten right leg and right arm in front of you until leg is parallel to the floor.
6. Hold for two breaths.
7. Reach left arm to right foot.
8. Wrap left hand around outside of right foot.
9. Bend right elbow, then extend right arm behind you at shoulder height.
10. Hold for 2 breaths.
11. Bend right elbow, and reach in front to take hold of right foot again with right hand.
12. Cross right wrist over left wrist, holding inside of right foot with right hand.
13. Bend right leg at knee, 90-degree angle, keeping it raised.
14. Release foot from hands, place hands to hips.
15. Lower right foot to floor.
16. Return to Mountain pose.

Repeat on other side, lifting left leg.
