It doesn’t matter if you’re staying local or going exotic, traveling nowadays is a guaranteed stress-inducer. Pack some yoga with you and you’ll find your bad travel baggage will definitely stay under that one-bag limit.

Salt Lake City, UT yoga instructor Charlotte Bell, author of Mindful Yoga, Mindful Life knows a thing or two about yoga’s benefits in transit. When traveling to India for an Iyengar intensive, Bell wound up with 30 hours to kill in an airport. She practiced yoga to stay loose and re-invigorate—in spite of garnering some funny looks.

If yoga with an audience sounds less than appealing, you can still sneak in a few moves before you start arguing with the ticket attendant. These five portable poses from Bell will help when you’re exhausted, impatient, irritable, bored, bloated, wishing you’d packed a bigger sarong, or just internationally stressed. Plan ahead and print out this workout of hand-picked poses to stay fit and calm when you run into the inevitable sojourn snafu.

This is a great idea. Though I don't see doing it on an airplane, itt be great if they could do an article of yoga for actually on the flight
Also, I love the pants the person is wearing in the pictures. does anyone know where you can get these?
