I am interested in more information on the meditation aspect of yoga and
how best to experience the process. Is there specific ways along with music
& breathing to enjoy the calming of meditation and to quite the chatter in
the mind?

This routine is amazing. I love it. I used to be so cranky in the morning
when I had to get up for work or school, but now that I have started doing
this when I wake up, that has completly changed. Thank you so much for
helping me be a more energetic, and much happy morning person!
