1. Sit on floor, soles of feet together. Place a block beneath each shin, right below the knee.
2. Take hold of your big toes with first two fingers and thumbs.
3. Keeping spine straight, lower chest 3 to 5 inches
4. Hold for 5 breaths
5. Lift torso back to start.
