1. Start seated with your legs extended in front of you. Reach forward to hold onto your toes. You can bend your knees if you need but remember to keep your back as straight as you can.
2. With your right hand, draw your foot close to your torso, bending your right leg so your knee points out. Keep your left arm and leg straight.
3. Release your right foot and straighten the leg. Repeat with your left leg.
