1. Kneel on the floor with buttocks resting on the heels.
2. Place the palms on the floor, slightly in front of and just outside the knees, arms bent to 90 degrees.
3. Place the head on the floor.
4. Straighten the legs so you come into a modified Downward Facing Dog, supported on your toes, head and hands.
5. Place the right knee on the right upper arm.
6. Place the left knee on the left upper arm.
7. Bring the toes together.
8. Lift the toes toward the ceiling, straightening the legs, coming into a modified headstand.
9. Hold for 3 to 5 breaths.
10. Bend knees, fold them in toward the chest.
11. Lower feet toward the floor.
12. Bend knees, come into Child’s Pose

this pose is good, but difficulty.
