I love RescueGirl! I keep 1 copy at home and 1 copy in my office drawer. On rough days at work (or any time I feel the need for a little stretching), I close my office door and pull out RescueGirl to the rescue...literally!

I love these illustrations- they're hilarious & real (yes, i have a belly roll when i bend over)!

I really like how they give you pointers about each pose- and they give you an alternative if you aren't ready (or able) to do the full pose.

Plus, I think these will make great holiday gifts.

Wow! A friend guided me to this page because she said I was too stressed out. I just did these 7 poses, and I feel better already! Thank you, RescueGirl

I missed my yoga class this morning so tried out the "Beat the Clock" routine. I'm a beginner so I appreciate RescueGirl's simple, clear (and cute) pictures of the basic poses. Next I'm going to try the "Brighten the Blahs" series. Thanks.

These are great sequences, and I like the idea of a yoga deck instead of being in a class where you are bound to someone else's timeframe! I'm always late to class and have to leave early :). Thanks!
