iYogaLife sat down with Molly Sims and her yoga teacher
Kathleen Kastner at Maha Yoga in Santa Monica, California to learn a
little bit about how this small town girl from Kentucky, who worried
about bulking up her broad swimmer’s shoulders, slimmed down with flow
classes in Hollywood. Her teacher makes sure she feels the burn, Molly
says, so yoga alone keeps her buff and beautiful. But it’s the mantra,
