Are there any poses that will work my abs?

One of the best is scissor legs, which tones your entire abdominal wall. Lie on your back and bring in your knees to your chest. Cradle your head with your hands and extend your legs to the sky. Lower your right leg until it's 1 foot above the floor and flex both of your feet, pressing through your heels. Lift your head and shoulder blades off the floor and inhale. Next, exhale and contract your belly toward the floor as you pulse your torso up for 10 counts. Change legs and repeat on the left side. You'll also need to burn fat to see your abs, so try Power Vinyasa Yoga to increase your heart rate and burn calories.

hi,yes i have been doing vinyasa yoga with my trainer for 3 months,and i lost 2 kgs of weight and firmed up my arms,tummy and legs,i highly recommend it
