How can I build my concentration through Pranayama?

Concentration is much more powerful when it is a natural happening and not forced. Build concentration by practicing without trying or striving, and notice all that happens from a place of detachment. Pranayama is a great way to focus concentration through the breath.  Begin to notice if you are making it an effort and then try holding your concentration on the practice without the effort.  Over time you will attain that one-pointed focus of concentration.
