These poses work this joint in about six ways, so you can painlessly reach around behind you, grab the stubborn ties to your dress, and redo a perfect bow, all without your date catching on.
Eagle arms
Extend both arms to the sides. Sweep your right arm under your left, bringing the right fingertips to the inside of the left palm. Drop your shoulders down and raise elbows. Fingertips extend and wrists stay long. Switch sides.
Modification: If fingertips do not reach palm, work with fronts of hands together.
