Rather than caving in and zoning out, practice this energizing, focus-building sequence that will reign in a frazzled, distracted mind and leave you feeling sharper than a Ginsu knife.

These four poses, created by Rainbeau Mars, use the Ra’yoka style, which combines yoga, martial arts, and core conditioning to enhance stability, endurance and coordination. “We all need to increase our confidence and mental focus, so Ra’yoka moves into poses that are more of a mental challenge that our bodies must come into alignment with,” says Mars.
