You've been completely irresponsible in your responses to the requests for
information on "Beginner DVD or CD". Being a yoga practitioner, and a
fitness teacher, why would you suggest either Rodney Yee or Barron
Baptiste? Both of these yogi's while extraordinary teachers, do NOT have
beginner DVD's, unfortunately. Both of the requests above, were both
prefaced with the statement that they are either new to yoga, or are in
their 60's. Not that either of these variable precludes them from
participating in an advanced beginner's class/dvd, but don't you think it
would be more advisable, and better for the users of this site if you gave
information for teachers that "truly" do offer "beginner dvd/cd".
Do the distributors of these products pay for placement in responses?

Terry and Betty,
Thanks for your question- we do not have a CD or DVD of these moves available. If you click on each of the categories, you can print the workouts to take with you.
Rukhsana,
For instructions on the poses, click the categories (cellulite, tubby tummy, etc) to see a slideshow of the poses with guidance.
Inertia,
There are many good beginner DVDs available. Rodney Yee and Baron Baptiste are two excellent instructors- definitely look up their DVDs!
Thanks to all!

I too would like to know if Marissa Kristal has a CD/DVD on the poses shown
here. I'm also new to yoga & would do them at home. I am in my sixties &
everything is shifting southward fast. Would appreciate any help.

Hi, I am new to yoga, and want to learn. But i feel the classes are very
expensive. Do you have any DVD for beginners, which can guide us step by
step? I would prefer learning yoga at home, instead of going to classes.

Is their away I can get a DVD just for the moves posted above. Please
notify me when you receive this text.
Thanks for your response. If you do a search on Amazon (and each instructor's website), they do have beginner level DVDs available. In fact, Yee has a new one that just came out this month.
Yoga for Beginners with Elena Brower and the Yoga for Every Body DVD from JJ Gormley are also great picks for beginners.
