Yoga and Wine

For a fresh twist on Happy Hour, try these yogic techniques for drinking wine:
1) Hold up your glass and examine your wine. If it’s a lighter
color, you can expect a lighter wine. If it’s a darker color, it will
be a deeper, richer wine.
2) Really smell the wine to see what scents it contains. Does it
remind you of cherry, pepper or oak? Wine expert or novice, everybody
has a memory bank of smells we instinctively remember.
3) Finally, taste the wine. Don’t chug it like a bottle of two buck
Chuck on prom night either. Instead, really let the wine roll around
your tongue to reach your taste buds. Cheers!
