I am terrible at balancing though! You never would know I was once a ballerina if you watched me in a yoga class. I am definitely getting a hang on the breathing too.
For me, the fun thing about Meaghan's classes is that she just encourages you to try stuff. If you can't do it, no sweat. But I'm usually up for the challenge. And I still sweat a lot!
I am not getting quite as sore as I was after the first class either. All in all, I feel like I am making progress and I feel like my mood has mostly been positive since I started taking yoga.
One more week? Well, I am definitely hooked so this may almost be the end of my diaries but it's not the end of yoga for me. Many thanks for bringing me to Exhale!
