That's great. I'd only add that starting from the lower calf and moving towards the knee would be moving in the direction of blood flow towards the heart like masseuses do when giving massages.

This is AMAZING!!!! I ran a marathon almost 2 weeks ago, and have not been able to get my calves to loosen up. So simple too!
