Full Boat

Sitting upright, bring knees to chest and hold their undersides. Lean back, balancing on sitting bones and tailbone. Lift legs, straighten knees and extend arms alongside legs. Hold 30-60 seconds. Repeat 3 times.

Sun Salutation 1

1. Stand with hands in prayer.
2. Inhale, stretch arms overhead.
3. Exhale, bend forward bringing hands to feet.



Sun Salutation 2

4. Inhale, lunge right leg back.  
5. Exhale into Plank.
6. Lower to the ground.

Sun Salutation 3

7. Inhale, lifting torso up off the mat. Arch back into Upward Facing Dog.

Sun Salutation 4

8. Exhale, into Downward Facing Dog.
9. Inhale, lunge right leg forward between hands.


Sun Salutation 5

10. Bring left foot forward to meet right. Stand.
11. Exhale, bend forward bringing hands to feet.
11. Inhale, stretch arms overhead.
12. Exhale, lower hands to heart center.

Repeat series, lunging on opposite leg.
