Bridge Series

Bridge:
Lying on your back, knees bent, place feet hip-width apart. Press feet down while lifting tailbone and hips as high as you comfortably can. Clasp hands underneath you and rest your weight on your shoulders. Draw blades together. Hold 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times, resting in between by hugging knees to chest.

Bridge: Right Leg Lifted
Get into Bridge, then lift the right leg straight out in front of you. Hold 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times, resting in between by hugging knees to chest.

Bridge: Left Leg Lifted
Perform Bridge with left leg lifted. Hold 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times, resting in between by hugging knees to chest.

Inverted Boat Pose

Lie on your stomach, forehead resting on the mat and feet together, reaching arms forward. Lift head, arms, chest and legs off the floor. Hold 30 seconds. Repeat 3 times.
