It sure isn't about the ego, as Mary said...it's all about staying in your integrity, and your best alignment, then trying a little something new. After all, it's like life: all the fun's in the journey, and when you least expect it, something really amazing can happen!

what a treasure! Following your verbal and visual instructions, I was just able to come up to hand stand and hold free hand stand for about 3-4 seconds... the longest ever! I'm going to keep practicing!!
