These videos are an incredible service to both teachers and students. I
recently opened a studio it becomes easy to stick with a routine. This
REALLY helps to bring new movement and energy into my classes. NAMASTE!

Dear Sadie,
These videos are such a treasure for students and teachers to have! Having the opportunity to replay them allows me to have more insights about the subtleties of each pose and transitions between poses, which in turn allows me to deepen my own practice and to improve my teaching skills.
This is true 'seva'!!
Thank you again for these gifts!!

Thanks, Mercedes and Marisa! I'm glad you like the sequence. It ain't easy,
but as you two know, being teachers yourselves, students can work into a
little bit of them, and that's how you eventually get there. The only way
to get into Crow is to try to get into Crow--a lot. One day, it will
happen.
Thanks for your kind words, ladies!

Hi Sadie,
If one is unable to come into full crow pose (both side and front), can they simply stay in the fierce twist pose until they build strength and form ?

Hi Raani,
What you should do is take the first setup for Crow and Side Crow, then move forward into the pose until your body stops you. Work and press there as if trying to get up into the pose.
The only way to progress in a pose, is to try it 100%, and then soon it will begin to open up for you.
Good luck--let me know how it goes, and enjoy the process of strengthening, refining, and unfolding!
