Chances are, you spend your day bending over backwards for everyone else - your boss, your guy, even your dog. Instead do something nice for yourself - and your back. After all, it's always behind you, supporting your every move. You can't buy that kind of loyalty. These back bending poses build strength as well as flexibility in your back while working out the kinks and getting your blood flow going. Hold each pose for at least five long breaths.
