I HAVE LARGE UNDERARM WINGS FROM LOSING A LOT OF WEIGHT. PLUS MY STOMACH IS
VERY FLABBY AND MY LEGS AND BUTT ARE LOSE AND SAGGY. PLEASE HELP ME WITH
YOGA MOVES TO TIGHTEN UP MY ARMS AND STOMACH AND BUTT AND LEGS.I AM POOR
AND CAN'T AFFORD A YOGA CLASS. I CAN ONLY DO THIS AT HOME WITH YOUR HELP.
PLEASE HELP ME. ESPECIALLY WITH MY LOSE ARMS AND STOMACH.

What a beautiful flow...except for the final pose...
The yogi should have ended in Tadasana not lazily come out of the sequence.
