Rx for: Hunched shoulders
1. Starting seated with your legs straight in front of you, bend your right leg so it crosses over the left.
2. Bend your left leg and bring your left foot out by your right hip so your knees are stacked.
3. Bend your right elbow up to the ceiling, palm facing your back. Bend your left elbow to point to the floor, palm facing out. Reach your hands towards one another, grasping if possible. If not, grab your shirt or use a strap to stretch your shoulders.
4. Fold forward over your knees.
