Dosha Do's, Dosha Dont's
Eat foods that balance your dosha, according to taste; don't worry about carbs and protein.
Lunch should be your largest meal.
Sip warm water, plain or with lemon, with your meals; cold water shuts down your digestion.
Avoid canned and other processed foods as much as possible.
Limit your coffee and tea intake.
Raw foods should be only a small part of your diet.
Poultry and fish are fine; try to minimize red meat.
Limit alcohol, sodas, and sports drinks.
