
Reverse Warrior
Benefits:
Physical: Opens inner thighs, hips, groins, and spine; strengthens legs, abs; elongates the spine; opens intercostals

Rx for: Fatigue, low back pain
1. Begin in Warrior II with right leg front.
2. Lower left hand to left leg, at or just below knee.
3. Slide left hand down left leg toward ankle.
4. Turn right palm toward ceiling, arc right arm up and overhead toward wall behind you. Legs do not move.
5. Look up.
6. Lower right arm and lift left arm until arms are shoulder height, palms down in Warrior 2.
Repeat on other side, with left leg front.
