1. Lie belly down, arms along sides of body with palms up, forehead and toes resting on the floor.
2. Lift head and chest off the floor; gaze stays down.
3. Lift arms and hands 6 to 8 inches off the floor.
4. Turn palms down.
5. Lift legs 6 to 8 inches off the floor, point toes.
6. Hold for 3 to 5 breaths.
7.  Lower legs, torso, and arms toward floor, palms turn up.
